Past Loves of My Life, Part 1: 1975 to 1980, First Loves

You are a very handsome man.

Before finishing up the 70’s, I feel I would be remiss if I didn’t mention these next two gentleman.  First up, Robert Redford.  Bob is a sexy guy.  He’s also a pretty great actor.  This guy is the the original Brad Pitt, only awesome and not fake married to a weirdo.  For those of you who don’t know, Mr. Redford created the Sundance Film Festival, THE film festival of all film festivals.  Pretty impressive, right? You know what made its debut there in 1994? One little black and white film called “Clerks”, hey Kevin Smith, Bob says “You’re welcome!”.  Also a long time hottie that came into my hemisphere in the 70’s: Paul Newman.

No words.

I am lookin’ and I am likin’.  F*ck yeah this guy is  HAWWWT.  I mean….I just…he’s so, so, so…Ladies, this right here is just plain old fashioned quality tail.  Excellent actor, nice guy, married for over 30 years (with not so much as even a whisper of infidelity, amazingly enough), lived in Connecticut, raced cars, cared about kids with cancer enough that he made a whole line of products, including some of the tastiest limeade on the planet, and gives all the proceeds to them…it just doesn’t get better than this guy.  Paul Newman, you are a class act my friend.  I truly believe that when I die and go to Heaven I’m going to be welcomed by St. Peter at the pearly gates, head on in to have my sit down with God, clarify a few outstanding issues with Him and then head over to my Heaven space  (Heaven space = what I call that little plot of Heaven reserved just for me).  My Heaven space is going to consist of a big, soft, fluffy, round bed fitted with one million thread count sheets.  Beside that bed Elvis Presley and Paul Newman are going to be engaged in fisticuffs over who’s going to bed me first.  To which I will say, “Gentlemen, gentlemen, please, there is more than enough of me to go around…relax, take it easy, let’s all just take off our clothes and sit here on this beautiful bed and and just see what happens…relax…we’ve got all eternity…”…and that, my friends, is how I aim to spend my days in Heaven.

Alright, well, we’ve come to the end of the 1970’s.  Let’s do a quick recap:  Ponch (Erik Estrada), Elvis, Danny Zuko and Vinnie Barbarino (John Travolta), Robert Redford and Paul Newman.  Next up is the 1980’s. The 1980’s get real dicey; I was very, very busy in the 80’s…so many beautiful boys, so little time…Anyhoo, I don’t want to give too much away, butttttttt, I think it’s safe to say that Mr. Tom Selleck will be making an appearance…now you can’t wait, am I right?
